Welcome back food family!
This salsita is š„ I previously paired it to make a fish ceviche which turned out double š„š„!!! The ceviche recipe is already on my blog.
But did you know the salsa can also be enjoyed on its own with tacos and tostadas?!!! So come on #LetsGoaCocinar!
Make it ahead, place it in a mason jar and refrigerate. Take out when ready to serve. So delicious!
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 LIMES
1 cup PAPAYA
3 TOMATILLOS
3 SERRANO PEPPERS
3 GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 cup ONION
3 tbs FRESH MINT
SALT to taste

Instructions:
1-Chop the PAPAYA, TOMATILLO, SERRANO PEPPERS, GARLIC, ONION, and FRESH MINT. Set all aside.
2-Slice the LIMES in half. Set aside.
3-Add all the chopped ingredients to a mixing bowl.
4-Using a lime squeezer or by hand, squeeze the lime juice over the vegetables.
5-Salt to taste.
6-Mix the ingredients with a spoon or spatula.
7-Place the salsa in a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
