BRUSSEL SPROUTS

Welcome back family!


Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🩃 Don’t forget the brussel sprouts! You either love them or hate them, there's no in between. I personally love them! Here is the recipe that some of us enjoy on thanksgiving each year.



Ingredients:

1 lbs BRUSSEL SPROUTS

4 BACON slices

3 GARLIC CLOVES

PARMESAN CHEESE to taste

SALT & PEPPER to taste


Instructions:

1-Wash and cut the BRUSSEL SPROUTS and set aside.


2-Chop the GARLIC CLOVES and set aside.


3-Slice the BACON in small pieces. Cook until it's crispy then set aside.


4-Sauté the GARLIC and BRUSSEL SPROUTS in 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease. About 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.


5-Season with SALT & PEPPER to taste.


6-Sprinkle the BACON and CHEESE over the BRUSSEL SPROUTS. Mix to incorporate.


7-Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
