BANANA BREAD

Welcome back family!

Who doesn't love a good banana bread right? Give this one a try. You might want to make two since I guarantee you it won't last very long. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 large ripe BANANAS

2 cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

2 tsp BAKING SODA

1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR

1/4 tsp SALT

3 EGGS

1 can (14 oz) CONDENSED MILK

1/2 cup OIL (Canola or Vegetable)

2 tsp VANILLA

Optional: 1 cup chopped Walnuts or Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

1-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2-Prepare your baking dish. Spread it with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.

3-Sift the FLOUR into a mixing bowl. Add the BAKING SODA, BROWN SUGAR and SALT. Mix and set aside.

4-In a separate bowl mash the bananas then add the EGGS, CONDENSED MILK, OIL and VANILLA. Mix all ingredients together.

5-Mix in the FLOUR mixture to the banana mix a little at a time.

6-Add the batter to your baking dish. Cover with foil.

7-Bake covered for 1 hour then another 20 minutes uncovered. IMPORTANT: The cooking time is for a convection oven. If you are not using a convection oven you will need to adjust the cooking time per your ovens settings.

8-Since every oven is different, use the toothpick test to check the bread after it's been cooking for 45 minutes. If it needs more time, do it in 3 minute increments.

TIP: Spread a little butter on the bread it's delicious!
